Is Eliza a Human?

Eliza isn't a human but you can make her have human like qualities. It isn't possible for her to be smarter than a human because her responses don't make any sense at times. Some people might think at first that she could be a human but after listening to her you realize that she cant. By programming better phrases you can make her sound more intelligent. I thought this program was good for understanding code because it was harder than the angry birds and the light bot games.
